These terms cover your use of quicksbarbershop.com and anything you buy through it. They are written to describe this business, not a generic online store. Last updated 26 September 2026.
Who we are
This site is operated by Quick's Barbershop LLC, 235 E Warner Rd, Ste B102, Gilbert, AZ 85296. "We" and "us" mean that company. "You" means the person using the site.
Using the site
You may read, share and use this site for its intended purpose: finding out about the shop, booking a cut, and buying our products. Do not attempt to break into it, scrape it at a rate that interferes with it, or use it to do anything unlawful.
There is no account to create here and no password to keep. If a future version of the site adds one, these terms will be updated before it does.
Booking an appointment
Booking is handled by Squire, a separate company, on its own website. When you tap a Book button you leave this site, and your appointment is a matter between you and Squire's system under their terms. Times shown here are the times we publish; the live availability is whatever Squire shows.
Walk-ins are welcome any day we are open. Booking ahead saves you the wait and lets you choose your barber.
Children
Children are welcome and we cut children's hair at the same price. A parent or guardian should make the appointment and be present.
Prices and products
Prices on this site are in US dollars and include what is shown at checkout before you pay. Haircut and shave prices are set by each barber and are listed in full on the haircuts page.
We try to keep every price on this site correct. If a price is shown in error we will tell you before taking payment, and you can decide whether to go ahead.
Product photographs are representative. Apparel shown on this site is sold in the shop rather than online, and sizes and prices are confirmed at the desk.
Payment
Payments are taken by Stripe on Stripe's own pages. We never see or hold your card details. Your purchase is also subject to Stripe's terms.
Returns
Our refund policy is set out separately on the refund policy page and forms part of these terms.
Our content
The Quicks name, logo, photographs and the text on this site belong to us. You may link to the site freely. Do not reproduce the logo or represent yourself as this business.
Third parties
This site links to services we do not control, including Squire, Stripe, Google and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the site up and correct, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. Hours, prices and staff can change; the shop itself is the final word. Call us on (602) 531-6049 if something matters.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from this website or anything bought through it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here is the current one, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
